You are receiving A Limited Worldwide Royalty-Free Master Resale Rights License To the Niche Products PowerPack2 collection.  

This permits you to sell the individual packages Retail to your customers, you can also pass on the Resell/Master Resell Rights to the individual products too.  (This means your customers could also resell the individual products and pass on the rights to their customers.)

You can also use the Reseller's web site to resell the complete Niche Products PowerPack2 collection as a package.  You may also pass on the Resell / Master Resell Rights to your customers too.  (This means your customers could resell Niche Products PowerPack2 to their customers after they have purchased it from you.)

Guarantees / Refunds:  This package does not come with a refund guarantee attached.  I know most people seeing this fully understand why I can't include a refund policy.  Once someone has downloaded these products I have no way of knowing what happens to them.  This offer isn't like a software program I need to guarantee that it will work.  It's a business opportunity for serious people - So I would urge anyone who thinks they may want a refund or needs some kind of guarantee with this to NOT buy the package and leave the licence for someone else who will make money with it. 

IMPORTANT:  There are some rules that you must adhere to.  These have been designed to protect the future profits of all owners.  Anyone found in breech of these terms and conditions will forfeit their licence and may be subject to legal action.

You are free to sell the Product at any price you decide.

However we reserve the unilateral right to revoke the license of any licensee, if that licensee is found to be selling Niche Products PowerPack2 below the suggested selling price of $195.00

You MAY change the Reseller's website sales letter in any way that you want as long as the copyright information remains intact and you do not misrepresent the product, its offer or the authors and contributors.

You MAY NOT change the actual contents of the Niche Products PowerPack2 software collection in any way.

You MUST sell the collection BY ITSELF as a stand alone product. You CANNOT include it in any other "package" deal or membership site unless you purchase a special membership licence directly from me.

You MAY NOT package the main Niche Products PowerPack2 as a bonus item to your own or any other products.

You MAY NOT sell this product at any online auction, including, but not limited to, eBay.com.  It must be sold from your own website.

You MAY NOT market this product in any immoral or unethical manner, including UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

You MUST setup this product for order processing from your own server. Please DO NOT send any of your customers to my download URL. Everything must be hosted at your own website and orders processed from there. (We do not provide instructions for setting your site up.)

Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.

This constitutes the entire license agreement. Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Garrie Wilson.
